The Wizard Ap@rtment is a unique intercom solution for apartment buildings and businesses. After all, it requires no cabling at all, even with video! Depending on the type of device, up to 999 flats can be linked to one intercom.
A truly wireless intercom system that is pre-programmed by the manufacturer, saving you money and time as an installer? It’s now a reality with the new Fasttel system! The system is perfect for renovations and new construction of apartment and office buildings.
► The outpost only needs to be connected to the internet. In the absence of this, Fasttel can take care of this with a 4G module.
► The internal units are pre-programmed and only need to be supplied with power via PoE or via a fixed socket.
The latter is especially useful for renovations: you place the monitor where you want via the supplied foot and the WiFi connection does the rest. The savings on both cabling and labour are therefore enormous!

- The outpost is connected directly to the building’s Internet connection.
- The indoor units too but when this is not possible (e.g. during renovations) they can be connected to the flat’s own (wifi) internet connection. These indoor units will automatically find the outdoor unit via the built-in VPN tools. So no settings need to be made in any router and the solution is 100% secure.
- Residents can also access an app on their mobile device or PC.
- The installer/building manager can modify the scroll name list in the HD digital display from anywhere

AN APP AS AN INDOOR STATION FOR ALL RESIDENTS
Residents can be reached on an indoor unit with or without video or on their smartphone with the fasttel app. The latter allows them to talk to the visitor and also open the door, wherever they are in the world.
With a 2nd camera inside, the visitor or delivery person can be closely followed in his or her actions. For this, the Wizard app@rtment only needs an internet connection and nothing else. Thanks to a built-in VPN connection, no fixed Ip address and/or open ports on the router are required, thus ensuring security.
The indoor units VISITOR! or FT600W are connected to the building’s network or, even easier, to the resident’s own internet connection.
For new buildings, we have created special packages from the simplest version to the most advanced.
2 WIRE INVERTER
Do you need to connect an IP videophone, IP camera, computer,… or whatever else to the network and you don’t have the right network cabling? Our new two-wire inverter FTPOE2W offers the solution!
This module transforms any two-wire or coax connection into the perfect cat5 network cable. You don’t even have to power the transmitter if you have a PoE switch. The PoE is transported together with the data over the old cabling.
You can connect as many pairs to your network as you wish: the modules will not interfere with each other or others and the IP addresses are assigned fully automatically.The distance that can be bridged is a maximum of 500 meters. The module can therefore also be used if you have cat 5 lying around but need to go further than the traditionally permitted 90 meters.
